Online Modifying – Your appointments can be modified by you through your online account up until 48-hrs of your appointment time. After 48-hrs you will need to contact Beauty Lounge directly, to modify via phone or text your service provider directly. Deposit -  Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. Deposits are to be paid immediatly. Late Arrival – If you find yourself running late, be sure to contact Beauty Lounge ASAP. Arriving late may result in having to modify or reschedule your appointment, however you are still responsible for full price of original appointment. Canceling/Rescheduling - If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please provide a 24 – 48 hr notice by contacting Beauty Lounge by PHONE (502.251.1070) or TEXT your provider directly even if it falls after hours.
